Are they kidding? We all know the Answer as to why Black Citizens get Tazed more often.. Who are they trying to explain this too? Everything has to be a racism thing with Black people. Channel 13 should Say the Truth instead of trying to stir things up.
Please investigate this to its core and they will see that the incidents where Blacks were involved were justified. Make sure the results are on the NEWS also. We cannot help that Black people make up the majority of the "law-breakers". Channel 13 should instead apologize to Police Officers instead of making them always look bad. Shame on you channel 13!

Would the HPD have shot (with a gun) 1675 people in three and a half years? If so, it would have made them the worst serial killers in US history. These statistics make a LIE of the prime justification for tasers in the first place ("better than a gun").
