My HEB would not take this coupon because the coupon did not have a scan bar when printed . Did yours have scan bar.?

Jason, there is no reason why they shouldn't take it. The store gets reimbursed for the coupon. Did you talk to a manager, or just the cashier? You can also just take the ad to Wal-mart and price match if that is easier than dealing with your store.
Vanita, yes mine had bar codes when I printed them out.
