We have not had a decent toilet paper stock up deal in quite some time. Dollar General has the 16 double roll Charmin Basic on sale this week for $6.50. Than comes out to 20¢ per single roll. That is a really great price. Some stores have the bonus 20 double roll packs which equals 16¢ per single roll. But if you can find coupons, like the $2 blinkies people are finind at Kroger, then that drops the price to only 11¢ per single roll. That is a stock up price for sure!
