Angel Food Ministries
For those who have never heard of Angel Food Ministries, it is a way to get food at a discounted price. Orders are taken once a month then you pick up your food at a designated location. You can get the above pictured items for only $29, or if you order through Retailmenot, you can save an additional 15% making it only $24.65 for the above items.
I have experience with this company. The distribution spot was a Houston-area church. Someone lost several boxes of my order. The company did not want to step up and make it right. The church did not want to step up and make it right. I had to go to the BBB in the state where this company is located and file a complaint before my order was filled. Then, part of the frozen food I had purchased unthawed spoiled. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I love Angel Food ministries! This is my second time to order. With 4 children I need all the savings that I can get. I had no problems getting my order and my food was ice cold off the back of a refrigerated truck. I recommend this to anyone!

Well if we are going to be all Candide here, one useful thing about their website is you can view their food box choices and be able to determine which produce is going to be on sale or rolled back in the markets the following month.
