When I registerd for the card they never sent it to me. I tried emailing and calling them without a response. Now they posted a notice stating that the card is no longer available. I think I should still get the card since I submitted before that notice was posted. I will not do any further business with them since this is bad customer service!

give it a week or two before you give up on them. They had a lot of people sign up for it and will get them mailed out soon.
