Yes, this one isn't any better. I I decided to trek out into the cold, reainy weather, only to discover that the store on Westheimer and Hillcroft has "decided not to participate". I called corporate and they said it is not up to the store to decide not to particpate, but they didn't offer any solutions, or even apologize. I'm done with KFC. They need to take lessons from chick-fila, that company knows how to do a promotion. I've participated in several free sandwiches and free meal deals and NEVER had a problem. Guess which one I go to when I want chicken and am willing to spend money because there are no promotions. (HINT: It's not KFC)

I too took the plunge in this cool rainy day down to KFC on S.Main and Westloop and was told the same thing..."decided not to participate" Well I feel they could of opted out the free advertising from ch 13 and stated that particular store would not participate!! Well I for one will not support this bunch of stingy and lying organization and will never set foot there...popeyes has better chicken anyways...
