This was an absolute disaster. Went to Boston Market 8:30 Friday evening and they were closed because they were out of chicken. No Problem. We had plans for Saturday, but we thought we'd try again on Sunday. We wanted it for dinner, but we were afraid they'd be out, so we went up there at 3:30 (we just were going to m/w later) and they not only were out of meat and closed, but the manager was very rude, and when we requested a rain check or that they honor the coupon for Monday they said absolutely not. I didn't want to give them bad press until I had let corporate have a chance to respond. I called corporate and spoke with F. Lane Cardwell's (the CEO) secretary on Monday and explained what happened. She said she would call me back later that day. It's now 2:00 Tuesday, a day later, and she hasn't called back and I am now unable to reach her by phone. They would have been better not having a promotion. IMO, they went from a place I occassionally liked to go to (once or twice a month) a little pricey, but good for fast food, to imcompetent nincompoops who don't give a cr*p about their customers and where I would never spend my hard earned dollars.
