With the end of the school year fast approaching and already here for some areas I wanted to compile a list of free activities to do with the kids while you count the days until school starts again in the fall.

Applebees Great Steak Deal

Applebees is on the bandwagon for saving us money! Every Monday thru Wednesdays kids eat for only 99¢ with each adult entree purchase. You can get up to four 99¢ kids meals with each adult meal purchase! 

The best night to go is on Tuesdays, tonight.  They also have a $6.99 steak dinner on Tuesday nights. You get a nice juicy steak and two sides for only $6.99. A great meal that does not break the bank.

  More and more families are starting their own garden since prices of produce are going through the roof. I have an organic garden myself. What this means is I don't use chemicals to help the plants grow, I only use organic fertilizers such as food scraps we have composted and manure.
